Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program. Accelerated Concepts LLC sends text messages to customers who opt in: appointment reminders (such as estimate visits, measurements, and installation dates), job status updates (such as material arrivals, scheduling changes, and project completion), and a request for feedback on our work once the project is complete. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the text message consent box on the free estimate form on our website and providing your mobile phone number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and project activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also call us at (330) 327-5702 to opt out.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at (330) 327-5702.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
